令$\eta(\Gamma)$和$c(\Gamma)$是符号图$\Gamma$的零度和基本圈数. 一个符号圈拼接图是指每个块都是圈的连通符号图. 本文证明了对任意符号拼接图$\eta(\Gamma)\le c(\Gamma)+1$成立, 并且刻画了等号成立的极图, 推广了王登银等人(2022)在简单圈拼接图上的结果. 此外, 我们证明了任意的符号拼接图$\eta(\Gamma)\neq c(\Gamma)$, 给出了满足$\eta(\Gamma)=c(\Gamma)-1$的符号拼接图的一些性质并刻画处$\eta(\Gamma)=c(\Gamma)-1$的二部符号拼接图.  相似文献

利用溶液法合成了3种钴乙醇酸配合物,并对配合物cis-[Co2(Hgly)4(2,2’-bpy)2](Hgly=glycolicacid,2,2’-bpy=2,2’-bipyridine)(3)进行了X-射线单晶衍射表征,结果表明:该配合物为三斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,a=1.0037(3)nm,b=2.0226(5)nm,c=1.6601(4)nm,β=119.942(13)°,V=2.9203(13)nm3。利用荧光光谱法分别研究了室温下这3种配合物与BSA相互作用的结果,并测定了不同温度下配合物23与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的荧光强度的变化,确定了配合物23对牛血清白蛋白的荧光淬灭方式均为静态淬灭;同时分析了这两种配合物与牛血清白蛋白相互作用时的结合常数、结合位点数以及热力学函数与温度变化之间的关系,进一步讨论了这两种配合物分别与BSA相互作用时的作用力类型。综合以上结果表明:当分别含有邻菲咯啉和2,2’-联吡啶配体的配合物与BSA相混合时,它们都能与BSA相互作用,且主要的作用力都是氢键和范德华力,但它们对蛋白质中色氨酸的构象或其周围环境的影响却是不同的。  相似文献

本文将硅(Si)衬底上外延生长的氮化镓(GaN)基发光二极管(LED)薄膜转移至含有柔性黏结层的基板上, 获得了不受衬底和支撑基板束缚的LED薄膜. 利用高分辨率X射线衍射仪(HRXRD)研究了薄膜转移前后的应力变化, 同时对其光致发光(PL)光谱的特性进行了研究. 结果表明: 硅衬底GaN基LED薄膜转移至柔性基板后, GaN受到的应力会由转移前巨大的张应力变为转移后微小的压应力, InGaN/GaN量子阱受到的压应力则增大; 尽管LED薄膜室温无损转移至柔性基板其InGaN阱层的In组分不会改变, 然而按照HRXRD倒易空间图谱通用计算方法会得出平均铟组发生了变化; GaN基LED薄膜从外延片转移至柔性基板时其PL谱会发生明显红移.  相似文献

The core-shell structured Au@Bi2S3 nanorods have been prepared through direct in-situ growth of Bi2S3 at the surface of pre-synthesized gold nanorods.The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy.Then the obtained Au@Bi2S3 nanorods were coated onto glassy carbon electrode to act as a scaffold for fabrication of electrochemical DNA biosensor on the basis of the coordination of-NH2 modified on 5’-end of probe DNA and Au@Bi2S3.Electrochemical characterization assays demonstrate that the Au@Bi2S3 nanorods behave as an excellent electronic transport channel to promote the electron transfer kinetics and increase the effective surface area by their nanosize effect.The hybridization experiments reveal that the Au@Bi2S3 matrix-based DNA biosensor is capable of recognizing complementary DNA over a wide concentration ranging from 10 fmol/L to 1 nmol/L.The limit of detection was estimated to be 2 fmol/L(S/N=3).The biosensor also presents remarkable selectivity to distinguish fully complementa ry sequences from basemismatched and non-complementary ones,showing great promising in practical application.  相似文献

以对苯二甲酸作为配体,利用水热法合成了含二维(2D)铅无机层的三维(3D)无机-有机杂化材料[Pb2Cl(1,4-BDC)1.5]n(1);利用红外光谱、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱、X-射线衍射表征了产物的结构,利用热重分析测定了其热稳定性.结果表明,[Pb2Cl(1,4-BDC)1.5]n属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,其晶格参数为:a=0.599 000(10)nm,b=1.185 29(2)nm,c=1.847 37(3)nm,β=91.778 0(10)°,V=1.310 98(4)nm3,Z=4,R1=0.032 0,wR2=0.089 4,Rint=0.043 6.就化合物1的分子结构而言,由Pb—X—Pb(X=O或Cl)链接形成的2D无机层通过对苯二甲酸配体连接,构筑成具有3D骨架的无机-有机杂化材料.  相似文献

Konjac glucomannan (KGM) was aminated by 2-chloroethyl-amine (CEA) as reagent so as to study the influence of concentration of CEA (based on the amount of KGM), concentration of NaOH, reaction time and temperature on the extent of amination. And the molecular simulation technology was adopted to analyze the conformation stability of aminate (AKGM). The results indicate that when the amount of CEA is higher, the extent of amination is higher. The optimum concentration of NaOH, reaction time and temperature are 10% NaOH, 70 ℃ and 45 rain, respectively. IR shows KGM is successfully aminated. The conformation of AKGM is in a random clew-like shape.  相似文献

利用飞秒脉冲激光激发Cu掺杂ZnO纳米棒,研究其特有的非线性光学性质和激发机制。在激发波长为750 nm的荧光光谱中,二次谐波峰非常弱,几乎可以忽略,存在非常强的激子发光峰和Cu掺杂导致缺陷发光峰。激发强度的增大会导致这两个发光峰强度呈非线性增大,激子发光峰位产生明显红移,而缺陷发光峰位没有变化。进一步增大激发强度,缺陷发光峰强度会出现饱和甚至有所下降,而激子发光峰强度持续增大。当激发波长增加到760 nm时,从样品的荧光光谱可以清楚地识别到二次谐波峰和激子发光峰以及缺陷发光峰并存。随着激发波长的进一步增加,二次谐波强度不断增大,而激子发光峰和缺陷发光峰的强度却随之下降。当激发波长为790 nm和800 nm时,未发现激子发光峰和缺陷发光峰,非线性光谱以二次谐波为主导。研究结果表明,通过选择合适的激发波长和激发强度,可以实现发光颜色的转变,使得Cu掺杂ZnO纳米棒在全光显示方面具有潜在的发展前景。  相似文献

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) segmentation is a fundamental and significant task since it can guide subsequent clinic diagnosis and treatment. However, images are often corrupted by defects such as low-contrast, noise, intensity inhomogeneity, and so on. Therefore, a weighted level set model (WLSM) is proposed in this study to segment inhomogeneous intensity MRI destroyed by noise and weak boundaries. First, in order to segment the intertwined regions of brain tissue accurately, a weighted neighborhood information measure scheme based on local multi information and kernel function is designed. Then, the membership function of fuzzy c-means clustering is used as the spatial constraint of level set model to overcome the sensitivity of level set to initialization, and the evolution of level set function can be adaptively changed according to different tissue information. Finally, the distance regularization term in level set function is replaced by a double potential function to ensure the stability of the energy function in the evolution process. Both real and synthetic MRI images can show the effectiveness and performance of WLSM. In addition, compared with several state-of-the-art models, segmentation accuracy and Jaccard similarity coefficient obtained by WLSM are increased by 0.0586, 0.0362 and 0.1087, 0.0703, respectively.  相似文献

We have considered the hierarchy of integrable systems associated with the unstable nonlinear Schrodinger equation. The spectral gradient approach and the trace identity are used to derive the bi-Hamiltonian structure of the system. The bi-Hamiltonian property and the square eigenfunctions determined via the spectral gradient approach are then used to construct constrained flows, which is also proved to be derivable from a rational Lax operator. This new Lax operator of the constrained flows is seen to generate the classical r-matrix. Lastly it is also explicitly demonstrated that the different integrals of motion of the constrained flows Poisson commute.  相似文献
